Perfect getaway spot for the weekend. Just far enough outside of downtown to feel removed yet close enough to walk or Uber. Perfectly clean, beautiful balcony, and wonderful decor and use of the space. Will stay again for sure.

Robert was an awesome host! Stayed here while I went to a local competition and it was a great place. Robert was extremely helpful and always got back to me if I had a question! Would recommend to anyone!

Robert’s place was a perfect stay for us for a sports event at Liberty University! Location was so convenient and the home looked just like the pictures! The neighborhood was quiet & felt safe! Thank you!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and all hotels were close to being full and more expensive than normal. This place saved us money and gave us so much more room. Very conveniently located and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if we come back to the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean and the furnishings very comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were well stocked. The property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful.

Amazing cabin! When we arrived all the lights were on and the cabin was so fresh and clean. Well- stocked kitchen with every kitchen tool you might need. This home is decorated with great attention to detail, it’s absolutely beautiful and charming. This place has everything you need- hot tub, entertainment and oh the views! The views of the Smokies are just amazing! Nothing like waking up to a cup of coffee and those beautiful Smokey Mountains! Large home with plenty of space!

Our family really enjoyed the privacy of the location We had a true Tennessee experience with wildlife and natural surroundings. We got to see black bears and rescued a little fawn in the road that was stunned by what seemed to be a local running road back from the river. He flew past us when we pulled aside and we found the fawn in the road shortly thereafter. All ended well as we believe mom came looking for her baby the next day after we took care of little one overnight in back screened in area. Saw many deer! Only suggestion would be to bring food or stick to familiar restaurants as some restaurants we went to were not so great. Wonderful stay, would go back!

My family and myself loved this place. It was just what we needed. If it hadn’t already been booked I would have stayed additional days and we plan on trying to do this every year now. It had everything! Make sure you stop in town to get gas and food but other than that you can do almost everything right on property. My babies loved it ! It was the perfect 18th birthday for my son and the beds are comfortable as well
