Welcome to our 2-bed, 2-bath downtown condo, where urban convenience meets Southern charm. Nestled in the heart of the vibrant city center, this stylish and spacious retreat provides the perfect home base for your adventures. The master bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while taking in the city's energy. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and convenient access to the 2nd bathroom.

Good to know

Condo is located on the second floor on the back of the building, providing a more quiet area from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Outfitted with new furniture, mattresses, TV's, appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances. There is also a stack able washer and dryer for use. Smart TV's have access to Netflix and Hulu installed. Basics including soap, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry detergent. We have added two additional chairs in the living room providing more sitting for quests (not pictured).

Other Details to Note

There are two entrances to building, both using the same codes. If you are facing carport you can enter on the left or right side. Additional parking is behind the condo fence on the left side of building.

For a unique experience, consider renting a bicycle from one of the city's bike-share stations, allowing you to cover more ground while enjoying the fresh air.
