I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore & party in downtown Knoxville. We stayed over for a long weekend for a wedding, and we were so centrally located the only times we uber'd were to and from the airport. For being located in just a busy area we did feel very safe and the place provide a nice spot to take breaks in during the long day! We would definitely stay again

Enjoyed the weekend, it was a great house inside and out ! Enjoy morning coffee on the front deck , drinks in the evening! Nice comfy living room to watch movies at night and close to restaurants.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was how responsive and helpful the host was—especially when I accidentally got locked out of the unit. They went above and beyond to help resolve the situation quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We were a large group, and the space accommodated everyone well all at a great value. The host was excellent with communication very responsive and always on top of everything, making the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out.

Blake’s place was excellent if you are looking to be right in the action! Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, shops. We loved the location! The unit is very clean. Parking was a little dicey even in the huge lot, but it was St. Patrick’s weekend & tons of people were downtown celebrating. I highly recommend staying here & would definitely book here again.

A lovely duplex, tastefully decorated, comfortable space our 4 adults, pack and play for the baby, well-stocked kitchen, peaceful, quiet neighborhood, great parking for two cars, close and easy access to Lynchburg area, A+ host.

From the moment we pulled in, it was wow!! and that was before we even walked through the door. The directions were incredibly easy to follow, and GPS led us straight to the cabin with no issues at all. As soon as we stepped inside, we were blown away. The woodwork, the decor, the cozy atmosphere, everything was absolutely stunning. It was one of those places where you just keep saying, “Oh wow, this is beautiful,” over and over again. The space felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this cabin apart was the peace. It was so quiet it almost felt surreal. There was no light pollution and virtually no noise, just the soft sound of leaves or small sticks falling and birds chirping outside the windows in the morning. Waking up there felt like a little slice of heaven. The hot tub was wonderful, and we enjoyed sitting under the stars at night. We built a fire the second evening, roasted s’mores, and just soaked in the stillness. It’s hard to describe how special.

My husband and I decided to book this place last minute for a quiet weekend getaway. We loved everything about it! The cabin was beautiful, clean and well described by the host. The host communication was great as well. We can't say enough good things and hope to visit again soon!
