Nestled on the serene shores of Norris lake, this magnificent 6-bedroom lodge embodies rustic elegance. The spacious interior is a blend of modern comfort and classic cabin charm. A private dock beckons for leisurely boat rides or fishing expeditions, while a sprawling backyard provides ample space for outdoor activities. Inside, a well-appointed game room promises endless entertainment, featuring a ping-pong table, air-hockey table, arcade game, and a cozy fireplace.

A private luxury lodge with a waterfront view, what more could you ask for! Open floor plan for the living room, dining room, and kitchen makes it easy to socialize. The dining table can accommodate parties of eight and our breakfast nook provides space for the whole family or even game nights. There is even outdoor seating on the main level deck along with a grill, which boasts the most scenic view of the water. On the main level you will find three bedrooms including our master suite. Once downstairs, you will find three more bedrooms, one of which includes a double bunk bed room for the kids. Throw in an extra living room, tv, game room and even separate washer/dryer and this home has something everyone in your party can enjoy. - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - 4WD may be necessary in the winter! - Guests are responsible for providing their own pack ‘n play linens - While the cell reception may be spotty on the drive, service is typically excellent once you arrive. - Wifi speed may vary & occasional service outages are beyond our control. **Please Note: There is a Wyze camera pointing at the front door and at the dock!

The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. - THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES! - Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties. - Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason. - Due to our close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary. - The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees. - Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. - Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property. - Check-in is from 4:00PM until 11:00PM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM. - If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property. - No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time. - No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. - Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. - Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited. - Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property. - Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities. - You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.

Neighborhood

We are in between two Marinas by water…Twin Coves and Mountain Lake. Marinas we frequent: -Twin Coves Marina(~5 min) -Mountain Lake Marina(~5 min) -Sequoyah Marina (~25 min) -Stardust Marina(~35-40 min) All the Marinas around have food. Twin Coves and Stardust have fresh scooped ice cream if you want dessert. They all have store bought ice cream/popsicles available.

Guest access

Guests will have private access to the entire home, other than the garage. The dock is fully accessible other than the boat which is the owners. There is space on the right side of the dock to tie off one boat, if you would like to bring or rent from the local marina. The resort style patio towards the water is not ready for use at the moment but feel free to use any exterior stares to walk down to the water. Please Note that guests are responsible for any damage caused to their boats or the dock if the dock is not properly used.

Our group had a great stay. Our only disappointment was that it was winter time and we couldn't enjoy the lake more! But the house was amazing and was a great home base for mountain biking in the local area. Loved it!

Find us

Once you have arrived at the property, the driveway slopes down and to the left. Four or five cars can fit in the driveway in front of the home. There are also four designated parking spots on the side of the house. Street parking before you pull into the driveway is also available. The driveway does continue down towards the water but it is much steeper than the initial parking areas. There is another parking spot about halfway down. Continuing towards the water, you can drive all the way down to the dock for easier offloading.
