House Rules
Hello! While we both LOVE animals, we are also extremely allergic and cleaning the house after someone brings a pet would be impossible. So unfortunately, we do have a $500 fine for bringing pets in the home without permission. So sorry!

This old historic home is charming and well decorated! We really enjoyed the lovely sunroom and comfortable chairs there and the yard is beautiful. It's location is central to downtown Clinton and lots of lovely antique shops are nearby which are a lot of fun to walk through. Our kids enjoyed the loft, the little play room in the loft, the games in the sitting room, and playing the beautiful piano!
Our hosts were very responsive each time we reached out to them and were flexible in working with us for an early check-in which was a blessing for our family. They were also very responsive and accommodating to our family's needs during our stay and attentive to issues that came up each time we reached out to them.

We had a great stay! The house is really well set up for two families to visit as there are two areas with two bedrooms each. We really enjoyed all of the beautiful seating areas throughout the house, the lovely decor, the super cozy bedding, and the walkability factor. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect home for visiting Clinton! Precious small town, safe, clean and walkable to downtown. Great for families and front porch sitting. The host was super responsive, house was sparkling. Beautiful old home with all the modern amenities. Great home for all of Clinton's festivals and events!

Our stay was short notice and quick. We were in town for an event and the house was perfect for my family of 7. Everyone had their own space . The host was very accommodating to allow us an early check in time so that we could make it on time to our event. The house let us enjoy many family meals at the beautiful dining room table. Many memories were made over the past few days . The porch was the drop back for many great talks. The bedrooms were so spacious and the beds allowed for some much needed rest. We will be telling family members in the area about this perfect get away.
